NeonDrift Ventures LLC (“NeonDrift,” “we,” “us”) provides AI agent commerce consulting services and a free AI visibility checking tool available at neondrift.me.

2. AI Visibility Checker

The free AI visibility checker on our homepage is an informational tool only. Results are approximate and based on automated checks of publicly available information (robots.txt, structured data, publicly hosted files). Results do not constitute a guarantee of AI agent behavior, search rankings, or commercial outcomes.

By using the checker, you represent that you have the right to scan the URL you submit. We do not store URLs submitted through the checker or share them with third parties.

3. Consulting Services

Consulting engagements are governed by individual agreements between NeonDrift and the client. All deliverables are owned by the client upon payment in full. NeonDrift does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes (sales, traffic, or rankings) from our services.

4. No Guarantees

AI agent behavior, platform policies, and commerce protocols are controlled by third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) and may change at any time. We make no guarantees about how AI agents will interact with your business after our engagement. Our services improve your business's machine-readability — how AI platforms use that information is outside our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

NeonDrift's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
